How we work

Work proceeds in the order the building needs: sound structure, a weather-tight envelope, then the rooms inside it. Every project closes with a joint walkthrough and a punch list finished before final payment is due.

What we will not do

We will not bury a hidden condition and bill it later as a surprise. We will not specify inland materials for a shore house because they are cheaper on the quote. We will not finish a basement over a moisture problem, tile over a wet substrate, or publish a project photograph that is not a real project. The standards are not complicated — they are just enforced when they cost something.
